My name is Diana Garcia. I am a Holistic Therapist. I treat the entire being- mind, body, and soul. My interest in helping people led me to study Physical Therapy. After four years of practice and experiencing first hand the damaging effects of stress and unhealthy eating habits, I decided to retrain as a Holistic Health Practitioner. I been practicing for 21 years and had my own private practice for 10 1/2 years. I study Reflexology, Herbology, Aromatherapy, Jin Shin Yitsu, integrative nutrition, to help other people re-balance themselves from the constant grind of modern daily life.
